Product Introduction
Soft80 is a microemulsion formed by the high-pressure fusion of oxidized polyethylene wax, special surfactants, and a unique formula. It is a non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive non-ionic emulsion that is easily soluble in water and boasts excellent acid, alkali, and electrolyte resistance, compatibility with resins, and resistance to stratification and aggregation. The composition of this emulsion is consistent, offering good chemical stability and preventing stratification over time. It is mainly used for the smoothing and anti-wrinkle finishing of fabrics such as cotton, polyester-cotton, and medium-to-long fiber fabrics. It particularly improves the sewability of fabrics and prevents the formation of needle holes. The treated fabrics feel soft, have good elasticity, and enhance the crease recovery angle.

Performance and Features
1. This product is suitable for use in water-based coating systems and as a finishing agent or varnish for floors, leather, furniture, cars, and paper products.
2. Widely applicable in the production processes of water-based inks, liquid shoe polish, metal release agents, and more.
3. Used in the particleboard industry. Replacing paraffin waterproofing agents with emulsified wax in the production of fiberboard and particleboard can significantly reduce costs.
4. Replacing rosin gum with emulsified wax in the papermaking industry not only improves paper quality but also reduces production costs.
5. Used in agriculture, as a preservative for fruits and vegetables to prevent aging, dehydration, frost damage, and sunburn from having harmful effects. After harvesting flowers, soak them in water, then treat with emulsified wax to extend the life of the flowers.
6. Emulsified wax can be used as a lubricant in ceramic production, a finish for plastic products, and a polishing agent for vehicles.
7. Excellent demolding agents for the polyurethane industry and other specialized sectors.
8. Adding to leather finishers enhances the waxiness and luster of leather; when mixed with dye paste, it also promotes even flow and prevents the coating from becoming sticky when heated.
9. This product boasts excellent heat stability and does not yellow. In the textile industry, it is primarily used as a softener and sizing aid. It is widely applied in the finishing and resin treatment of涤/棉,涤/粘（腈）, cotton, and pure synthetic fabrics. This softener can uniformly penetrate the yarns of the textile, forming a layer of oxidized polyethylene film around the yarns, thereby imparting a soft and smooth feel to the finished fabric. It also enhances the physical properties of the fabric, reduces wear and tear, improves tear resistance, and has no effect on friction color fastness or wet wash fastness. It increases the crease recovery angle and can be used with various additives in resin treatment and general finishing.
