Performance & Applications

1. This series of products is easily dispersible or soluble in water, boasting excellent wettability, penetrability, and emulsifying properties. Adding a small amount of this product to the pretreatment formula can achieve refined effects.

2. Used as a degreaser, cleaner, emulsifier, and refining agent component in the textile and leather processing industries.

3. Special emulsifying effect on amino silicone and dimethyl silicone oil, enhancing performance after use. Requires less than standard silicone oil emulsifiers, resulting in more stable emulsions with superior penetration, reaching the fibers' core for a softer, more satisfactory feel.

4. Metalworking additive, multi-functional detergent, degreaser, cleaning solvent, household care cleaner, vehicle, public facility, and ultrasonic cleaner.

5. This product does not contain a benzene ring structure, making the products produced from it the next generation of environmentally friendly products.

6. Mixing the product to a concentration of 80-90% creates a uniform fluid, making it easier to use and more effective.

7. E-1340, as an environmentally friendly emulsifier, can replace alkylphenol emulsifiers such as TX-40 and NP-40.

Packaging and Storage

200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic drums packaging. E-1340 comes in 20kg bags.

This product is non-toxic, non-flammable, and should be stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
