Performance & Applications
1. MOA-3, MOA-4, and MOA-5 are easily soluble in oils and organic solvents, exhibit a diffused state in water, and possess excellent emulsifying properties. They serve as w/o emulsifiers, used for emulsifying mineral oils and aliphatic solvents, as well as viscosity reducers for polyvinyl chloride plastic solutions. They are widely employed in textile oil additives. MOA-3 is a key raw material for producing AES, while MOA-4 can act as an emulsifier and dry cleaning agent for silicones and hydrocarbons.
2. MOA-7 and MOA-9 are easily soluble in water, featuring excellent emulsifying, cleaning, and wetting properties. They are used in the woolen textile industry as wool cleaning agents and degreasing agents, fabric refining agents, and cleaning agents. They can also be a significant component of liquid detergents. In the cosmetics industry, they serve as emulsifiers. They exhibit good emulsifying, dispersing, and wetting properties for both mineral oils and animal and vegetable fats. Additionally, they can act as emulsifiers for glass fiber spinning oils.
3. MOA-15, MOA-20, and MOA-23 are used as wool degreaser, fabric cleaner, liquid detergent, hydrocarbon solvent, general industrial emulsifier, essential oil solubilizer, antistatic agent wetting agent, and brightener in electroplating industries. MOA-20 serves as a leveling agent in the dyeing industry, demonstrating significant effects and excellent scouring properties. Adding this assistant to the dyeing process not only achieves the purpose of slowing down and leveling the dyeing but also enhances the fastness of the dye, resulting in bright and attractive colors.
