Performance & Applications

1. O-3, O-5, and O-8 are easily soluble in oils and organic solvents. They can be used as W/O emulsifiers, fiber softeners, and silk post-treatment agents.

2. O-10, O-15, O-20, O-30 are easily soluble in water and organic solvents, and stable against acids, bases, and hard water. They offer excellent wetting, emulsifying, and cleaning properties.

3. O-10 is a component of various fiber spinning oils in the chemical fiber industry, offering excellent spinnability; it serves as an emulsifier in general industry, with excellent emulsifying properties for animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, and the prepared emulsions are highly stable. It can also be used in the preparation of household detergents, industrial cleaners, and metal cleaners; as a wetting agent in the textile industry; and as a component of emulsifiers in the pesticide industry. O-15 boasts good scouring properties; it acts as a leveling and retarding agent in the dyeing industry, enhancing color fastness and providing vibrant, attractive colors; it is used as a cleaner in metal processing, easily removing surface oil污, facilitating subsequent processing; and as an emulsifier in general industry, it can produce stable emulsions. O-20 has properties of diffusion, leveling, wetting, and foaming, and has a strong affinity for direct and还原 dyes; it is used as a leveling agent, diffusion agent, desizing agent, retarding agent, half-printing retardant, anti-whitening agent, and brightener in the textile industry; it has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, and mineral oils, and can be used as an emulsifier in latex industry, polymerization reactions of high molecular weight emulsions, and glass fiber lubricants; it effectively removes dirt that accumulates on fabrics due to dye decomposition; it is used as a component of spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; as a raw material for paint paste A, adhesive FD, and rubber BA in chemical production; and as a wool washing agent and fruit tree pesticide penetrant.

4. O-30 can be mixed with various surfactants, offering excellent dispersion and emulsifying properties. It is used as a leveling agent, dyeing retardant, glass fiber emulsifier, and industrial detergent.

5. O-50, O-80, and O-100 are used as industrial emulsifiers and dispersants, featuring good water solubility and emulsifying and dispersing properties.
