Performance and Applications

The AT-80 boasts exceptional performance in removing indigo dye backstaining, making the pockets cleaner and whiter with a more pronounced blue and white contrast.

The AT-80 boasts superior suspension properties, effectively performing strong suspension and cleaning functions during the desizing and scouring processes.

AT-80 offers superior dispersion, suitable for preventing color bleeding in mixed-color fabrics (dyed fabric, printed fabric, color-matched garments).

Usage Instructions:

1. Desizing of fabric:

In desizing, replace conventional detergents with AT-80 at a concentration of 0.5%-2.0% of the fabric weight to remove starch and chemical sizing.

2. Fabric Abrasion Testing

AT-80 is used in the scouring process of cellulase to enhance the blue-white contrast and overall appearance of finished garments. Generally, the recommended dosage of AT-80 is 0.5%-2.0% of the weight of the finished garment.

3. Fabric Clean Wash

Due to the superior dispersible cleaning properties of AT-80, it is suitable for post-washing or printing soap washing of various fabrics, especially patchwork or color-woven fabrics.
