This machine employs vacuum low-temperature boiling and mixing inflation to enable continuous boiling and inflation for producing Swiss chocolates, toffee, cotton candy, and milk candy, with automatic temperature control. Vacuum boiling significantly reduces the candy's pH value, increases the inflation volume, minimizes deformation, enhances the quality and texture of the candy, and also saves labor, improving work efficiency.
This equipment solves the problems of unsanitary conditions, uneven mixing consistency, and difficulty in controlling the mixer for workers.
