Product Introduction

Water-soluble processing fluid maintenance machines purify and treat water-soluble liquids in machine processing workshops, filtering, sterilizing, and deodorizing the liquid, removing floating oil, solid particles, and other mechanical impurities from the emulsified fluid, thus meeting the requirements for machine processing use.

    Based on the on-site single-unit liquid supply conditions, a large amount of impurities and thick floating oil are produced during the use of the liquid. The impurities at the bottom and the floating oil at the top envelop the liquid in the middle, fostering an abundance of harmful substances. This causes the liquid to smell bad and deteriorate, posing many inconveniences to production, threatening worker health, and increasing production costs for the enterprise.

Technical Requirements:

1After treatment by emulsifying liquid purification equipment, the single filtration efficiency is 95%.Above, filtration separation accuracy ≤ 50μmOil content ≤ 0.5%；

2While filtering, it effectively kills a large number of bacteria present in the emulsion, preventing it from smelling bad and improving the workshop environment.
