I. Hubei Valve Operating Principle:

The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move a lever, which in turn drives the gear to rotate the gate blade around its axis. This causes the two gate blades to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the gate blade, closing off the falling material. The jaw gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products, and is widely used in the unloading of storage at the bottom of bins in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass.

Section II: Heshi Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂valve consists of components such as the body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. Manually or through the actuator, the lever is pushed, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3:鄂式阀 Instructions:

1. Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.

2. During operation, please identify the direction of the butterfly valve switch and connect the actuator correctly.

3. Regularly lubricate all transmission parts during operation.
