The globe valve is composed of components such as the main body, a sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. It is constructed using carbon steel welding and features a robust structure. Operates flexibly and reliably with no jamming. Equipped with different transmission systems, it can meet various operational requirements. Electric gate valves utilize electric actuators with overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control with adjustable reciprocating travel for position locking. Hydraulic gate valves use electro-hydraulic actuators with full hydraulic transmission, enabling variable speed adjustment for both pushing and pulling forces. Pneumatic gate valves employ pneumatic actuators and can be remotely controlled or locally operated through component combinations.
Operating Principle
The hinge gate utilizes electro-hydraulic push rods and full hydraulic transmission, allowing for stepless speed adjustment of both push and pull forces. A hand or actuator pushes the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the axis, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. After the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Instructions
Pleated gate valves: First, upon installation, please note the medium flow direction indicated on the valve body. When connecting the flanges, add sealing washers and then tighten the bolts evenly. Secondly, during operation, identify the opening and closing direction of the butterfly plate and correctly wire the actuator. Even during operation... Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts to extend the lifespan of the labial valve; improper operation will increase the wear on the labial valve.
Usage
