Express Parcel Trains are organized in the manner of passenger trains, utilizing special freight wagons for composition. These trains make use of parcel bases and passenger/cargo stations and equipment to carry packages and other small goods, and are categorized into cross-railway bureau and within-bureau express parcel trains. The transport of express parcel trains adheres to the time limits for rapid mail transport as published by the Ministry of Railways, offering station-to-station services, executing at the contracted prices, and providing full-train and full-train lease services. They operate at designated (loading/unloading) points, along designated routes, and at designated train times, with scheduled departures every day. Paid storage, pick-up, delivery, and handling services are provided according to customer requirements.
