Section 1: Finned Condenser Product Structure
●The condenser coil is made of copper tubes with staggered arrangement, and the copper tubes are mechanically expanded to fit the fins.
● Copper tubes and elbows are welded to form a sealed cavity. The high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant vapor enters the cavity and, through aluminum fins and a fan, undergoes forced convection heat exchange with the air. The refrigerant leaving the condenser is a supercooled liquid under high pressure.
● Design pressure is 2.5 MPa, test pressure is 2.8 MPa.
