One. Finned Condenser Product Structure
●The condenser coil features copper tube staggered arrangement, with mechanical expansion of copper tubes onto fins.
● Copper tubes and elbows are welded to form a sealed cavity. The high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant vapor enters and, through aluminum fins and a fan, undergoes forced convection heat exchange with the air. The refrigerant leaving the condenser is a supercooled liquid under high pressure.
● Design pressure is 2.5 MPa, test pressure is 2.8 MPa.
