Introduction
Polylactic acid (PLA) is a material extracted from crops like corn and cassava, known for its excellent biodegradability, which can be decomposed by soil microorganisms within six to twelve months after disposal, producing carbon dioxide and water, making it environmentally friendly. The PLA tube extrusion production line is used for the extrusion production of biodegradable PLA straws: it consists of parts such as a feeding machine, granule dryer, extruder, cooling water tank, pulling and cutting machine, and straw sorting machine. A complete production process also requires auxiliary equipment such as an automatic straw lifter, air compressor, and chilled water unit.

Technical Features:
1. New 50/65mm screw design with a 33:1 length-to-diameter ratio, suitable for producing PLA and PP materials.
2. The extruder features an efficient far-infrared heating ring with a cooling fan for heat dissipation, ensuring energy-saving, environmental protection, and stability.
3. Equipped with an automatic feeding machine and a drying hopper.
4. The entire cooling water trough and trough stand are made of 304 stainless steel; the trough can be adjusted in all directions: up and down, front and back, and left and right.
5. The belt-driven cutting device comes in various configurations to meet the production needs of different products. Both the work surface and the protective cover are made of stainless steel, offering a stylish and elegant appearance.
6. Compatible with pipe conveying equipment, it can be paired with an automatic hoist and packaging machine to achieve an automated integration solution.
