Introduction:

Bagasse and coffee husk plant fiber fully biodegradable straws are extracted from crops like sugarcane and coffee husks, featuring excellent biodegradability. They can be decomposed by soil microorganisms within six months to one year after disposal, producing carbon dioxide and water, making them environmentally friendly. The extrusion production line for fully biodegradable straws made of bagasse, coffee husk, and other plant fibers is used for the extrusion production of these straws. The entire machine consists of parts such as a feeding machine, a granule dryer, an extruder, a cooling water tank, a pulling and cutting machine, and a straw sorting machine. A complete production process also requires auxiliary equipment such as an automatic straw lifter, an air compressor, and a cooling water chiller.

Technical Features:

1. New 50/65mm screw design with a 33:1 length-to-diameter ratio, suitable for producing fully biodegradable straws from sugarcane bagasse, coffee grounds, and other plant fibers.

2. The barrel is equipped with an efficient far-infrared heating ring paired with a cooling fan for heat dissipation, ensuring energy-saving, environmental protection, and stability.

3. Equipped with an automatic feeding machine and drying hopper.

4. The entire cooling water tank and tank stand are made of 304 stainless steel; the tank can be adjusted up and down, front and back, and left and right.
