UHPC Performance Concrete Construction Technique

1. Mixing Ratio: Powder : Steel Fiber : Water = 104 : Minutes (Material: 1~3 : 9)

Mixing - Pour the powder into the mixer, add water and mix until a colloidal state is reached (3-), then add steel fibers and continue mixing (when the amount of steel fibers is large, usually not exceeding 3%, they can be added gradually or in batches). Once the steel fibers are evenly dispersed, pour and vibrate to form, then cure.
