This machine is a special non-standard equipment for the winding-type gasket production process, implementing winding technology. It uses a certain structural parameter to form metal strips and non-metallic filler strips alternately between the chip and the槽形 press wheel, continuously rolling and forming. Pneumatic and electromagnetic components are employed to effectively control radial and tangential forces, ensuring constant and controllable production process parameters. Metal and non-metallic long strips are synchronized through a guide wheel system for automatic feeding to achieve the winding process automation, eliminating the influence of manual operation and ensuring stable product quality. When paired with a dedicated gasket controller, it allows for presetting the gasket width dimensions and automatic衰减 of the steel strip tension, automatically controlling the external dimensions of the winding gasket. Welding of the winding gasket is achieved through automatic rolling welding (for larger diameters), significantly improving production efficiency.
