Product Introduction: This product is made by blending water-based resin, high-quality pigments and fillers, additives, and water with amino resin, then baked at high temperature to form a film. It boasts metallic texture and sheen; excellent retention of luster and color; a film that is tough, shock-resistant, and wear-resistant with excellent scratch resistance. It also has superior resistance to acids, alkalis, a variety of chemicals, and salt spray. The film has high hardness and good adhesion. The VOC residue in the coating has passed environmental protection testing, making it very popular among businesses.

Application Fields: This paint is suitable for coating products requiring an extremely high decorative effect. Mainly used for bicycles, agricultural equipment, car hubs, automotive parts, instrument enclosures, electric vehicles, hardware accessories, etc.

Installation Instructions:

1. The workpiece should be degreased, rust-removed, and dust-free, with no residual rust. If conditions permit, phosphatizing treatment can be applied. The surface of the item should be kept dry.

2. Before painting, the paint should be well-mixed. If the original paint has a high viscosity, a small amount of clean water can be added, but not exceeding 10%. Mix continuously while adding water to ensure the paint is evenly mixed.

3. After painting, allow the surface to level at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before entering the oven. During the baking process, start with a lower temperature and gradually increase. We recommend a baking program of 140°C for 30 minutes.

4. During application, it is strictly prohibited to mix with other paints or organic solvents to prevent deterioration. After application, all tools should be immediately rinsed with clean water to prevent drying and hardening. Leftover paint should be stored in a sealed container. If there are dried skins that affect usage, a 100 mesh wire mesh filter can be used before use.

5. Outdoor construction is not allowed in rainy, snowy, or foggy weather. If construction has already begun, cover the paint film with tarpaulins or other protective measures.
