Company's product tunnel construction voltage booster GSE, tunnel construction voltage booster GLB (stabilizer), designed for long-distance tunnel construction, where voltage is low and unstable, solving frequent failures of tunnel construction equipment such as pumpers, slag extractors, rock drilling vehicles, water pumps, and air compressors. Our products address these tunnel construction challenges and are widely used across various tunnel construction sites nationwide. Directly supplied to major construction companies like China Railway, China Communications Construction Corporation, and China Electric Power Construction Corporation. Tunnel construction voltage booster GSE optimizes the power supply scheme, replaces high-voltage entry, requires no wiring changes, is easy to install, saves construction costs, meets tunnel power requirements, and enhances construction efficiency.
Our company produces tunnel long-distance transmission three-phase power frequency increase and pressure increase transformers. They can achieve an effective power supply distance of over 5,000 meters and have a 20V voltage increase function. Additionally, they can be paired with a three-phase wide-range power voltage stabilizer cabinet, which automatically stabilizes the input voltage (240-456V) to a 400V output. This ensures the normal operation of various machines at the end. The voltage stabilizer cabinet features strong overload capacity, moisture and water resistance, contactless operation, maintenance-free, overload protection, short-circuit protection, and automatic adjustment.
Our company is a manufacturer of various models of maintenance-free tunnel step-up transformers and maintenance-free three-phase oil-immersed rapid step-up transformers. Our KSG series tunnel (mining) oil-immersed long-distance transmission three-phase power frequency-up and current-increasing transformers, and TSJA series tunnel (mining) three-phase oil-immersed fully automatic power stabilizer were developed by our technical team based on their experience in power system upgrades for over a thousand tunnel, tunneling, and mining enterprises. These new products address the issue of low voltage at the power end due to factors such as excessively long power lines and small supply line wires in tunnels, mine tunnels, etc., which can lead to malfunction, failure to operate, or even damage to electrical equipment.
Transformers are common electrical equipment used to convert a certain value of alternating voltage to another value of alternating voltage at the same frequency. Step-up transformers are specifically designed to increase the voltage of alternating current from a lower value to a higher one at the same frequency. They are widely used in high-frequency applications such as inverters.
Transformer Working Principle:
The power supply to the control box is 220V (380V for 10KVA and above), with the voltage input to the primary winding of the YDJ (TDM) test transformer adjusted to 0-220V/380V by an autotransformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the secondary (high voltage) winding produces an equal multiple of voltage amplitude based on the ratio of its turns to the primary winding—power frequency high voltage. This power frequency high voltage, after passing through a high voltage silicon rectifier and capacitor filtering, yields a DC high voltage, with its amplitude being a multiple of the RMS value of the power frequency high voltage.
