Our products have been widely applied in industries such as machine tools, electronics, hardware, plastics, printing, petrochemicals, telecommunications, aircraft manufacturing, shipbuilding, and electric locomotives. We have successfully provided backup for testing equipment, SMT automatic pick-and-place machines, CNC machining centers, PCB drilling machines, laser cutting machines, color printing equipment, and high-precision equipment, offering voltage regulation, isolation frequency conversion, and uninterrupted power supply solutions.
Our company is a manufacturer of various models of maintenance-free tunnel step-up transformers and maintenance-free three-phase oil-immersed rapid step-up transformers. The KSG series tunnel (mining) oil-immersed long-distance transmission three-phase power frequency-up and current-up step-up transformers, and the TSJA series tunnel (mining) three-phase oil-immersed automatic power stabilizer, are new products developed by our technical team based on the power system improvement experience of more than a thousand tunnel, adit, and mining enterprises. These products address issues such as excessively low voltage at the power end due to long power lines and small supply lines in tunnels, mine adits, etc., leading to the failure of various tunnel (mining) machines to start, operate, or even burn out electrical equipment.
Test Transformers (full name: AC High Voltage Test Transformers), also known as step-up transformers, are essential testing equipment for a wide range of users including power stations, power supply and distribution systems, and research institutions. They are used for insulation strength tests under specified voltages on various electrical products, equipment, and insulating materials, to evaluate product insulation levels, identify insulation defects in the tested items, and measure the ability to withstand overvoltage. Step-up transformers (test transformers) are further categorized into oil-immersed high voltage test transformers, gas-filled high voltage test transformers, and dry-type test transformers.
Normal Operating Conditions for Tunnelling Step-Up Transformer:
1. Altitude not exceeding 2,500 meters.
2. Surrounding medium temperature: not below -25°C, not exceeding +40°C.
3. The current voltage waveform is similar to a sine wave.
4. Location free from rain and snow erosion, without significant shaking and impact vibrations.
5. Free from explosive hazards, and free from gases and conductive dust that are capable of corroding metals and damaging insulation within the medium.
Step-up transformers refer to those that can start and increase voltage instantly. There are relatively few manufacturers in China that can effectively achieve instant voltage increase. These transformers have strong instant startup voltage-increasing capabilities and good voltage-increasing effects. The distinction lies in the fact that the no-load voltage regulation switch does not have the ability to change gears with a load, as this type of tap switch has a temporary disconnection during gear changes, which can cause arcing between contacts and damage the tap switch or cause a short circuit. Therefore, the transformer must be shut down during gear changes. Thus, they are generally used for transformers where voltage requirements are not very strict and do not require frequent gear changes.
