Our tunnel construction boosters GSE and GLB (voltage stabilizers) are designed for long-distance tunnel construction where voltage is low and unstable, affecting the operation of equipment such as delivery pumps, scrapers, rock drilling vehicles, water pumps, and air compressors. Our products address these tunnel construction challenges and are widely used in tunnel construction sites across the country, directly supplied to large-scale engineering enterprises like China Railway, China Communications Construction Corporation, and China Electric Power Construction Corporation. The GSE tunnel construction booster optimizes power supply solutions, replaces high-voltage entry, requires no wiring changes, is easy to install, saves construction costs, meets power requirements for tunnel construction, and enhances engineering efficiency.
Tunnel construction booster transformer suitable locations
Ambient Temperature: -20~85°C
2. Relative Humidity: ≤90%
3. The installation site should be free from gases, steam, chemical deposits, dust, dirt, and other explosive and erosive media that could severely affect the insulation of the equipment.
4. The installation site should be free from severe vibration or jarring.
5. Prevent lightning strikes, rain damage, fire hazards, and avoid crushing or stepping on equipment in inclement weather.
Our company is a manufacturer of various models of maintenance-free tunnel step-up transformers and maintenance-free three-phase oil-immersed rapid step-up transformers. The KSG series tunnel (mine) oil-immersed remote transmission three-phase power frequency-up and current-up pressure-increasing transformers and the TSJA series tunnel (mine) three-phase oil-immersed automatic power stabilizers are new products developed by our technical team based on their experience in reforming power systems for over a thousand tunnel, tunneling, and mining enterprises. These products address the issue of excessively low voltage at the power end when the power lines are too long and the supply lines are too small, leading to various tunnel (mining) machinery failing to start, operate, or even destroying electrical equipment.
Step-up transformers refer to those that can instantly start and increase voltage. There are relatively few manufacturers in China that can effectively achieve instant voltage increase. These transformers have strong instant startup voltage-increasing capacity and good voltage-increasing effects. The difference lies in the fact that the no-load voltage regulator switch lacks the ability to switch positions with a load, as this type of tap switch has a brief disconnection during the switching process. This disconnection of load current can cause arcing between contacts, damaging the tap switch or causing a short circuit. Therefore, the transformer must be de-energized when changing taps. They are generally used for transformers where voltage requirements are not very strict and do not require frequent tapping adjustments.
Test Transformers (also known as step-up transformers) are essential testing equipment for a wide range of users including power stations, distribution systems, and research institutions. They are used for insulation strength tests under specified voltages on various electrical products, equipment, and insulation materials, to evaluate product insulation levels, identify insulation defects in the tested items, and measure their ability to withstand overvoltage. Step-up transformers (test transformers) are further categorized into oil-immersed high-voltage test transformers, gas-filled high-voltage test transformers, and dry-type test transformers.
