Clay tiles are primarily made from natural clay, supplemented with a small amount of quartz, pumice, feldspar, and colorants, etc. They are formed through high-pressure extrusion, low-temperature drying, and then fired at 1200°C, resulting in features such as environmental friendliness, non-radioactivity, gentle coloration, and no light pollution. Due to thermal expansion and contraction during firing, there may be dimensional variations in the tiles. After high-precision mechanical cutting, they are inspected and approved before being supplied to the market.
