Difference between fire-resistant and fire-retardant busbar slots: The outer shell and insulation layer of fire-resistant busbar slots are made of fire-resistant materials capable of withstanding temperatures of ≥1100℃ and insulating materials with heat resistance of ≥300℃. The product offers fire-resistant times of 60, 90, 120, and 180 minutes, and it will ignite only when the temperature reaches 920-1050℃; full-load operation can exceed 8 hours. Fire-retardant busbar slots: These are ordinary busbar slots or busbar slots with fire-smoke spread prevention, with fire-resistant barriers added. Some have fire-retardant coatings applied. They can prevent heat from reaching the internal busbar slot within a specified time during a fire, allowing the busbar slot to operate normally. The fire can reach about 800 degrees, with fire-resistant times of 30, 40, and 60 minutes respectively.
