Prerequisites for busbar channel measurement:
1. Copies of technical clauses and agreements from recruitment, documents, and contracts must be provided.
2. Measurement tools should be as comprehensive as possible, including rulers, drawing paper, pens, sewing needles, and far-infrared measurement devices, etc.
3. Field measurements must be conducted under the premise of safety guarantees, such as wearing a hard hat, and a safety belt is required for high-altitude measurements. Field lighting equipment (flashlight or sun lamp) should also be available.
4. During on-site measurements, it is mandatory to have a person arranged by the user who is familiar with the layout of the busbars on-site to assist in the joint operation.
Busbars should be pre-drilled in the location where they will be vertically mounted on the floor. Measure the location and secure the two brackets to the busbar using bolts. Fit vibration-proof spring washers with the bolts provided with the busbar accessories. Tighten the nuts to secure them to the brackets. Use level mounting plates and matching bolts, nuts, washers, and springs to fix the busbar to the T-shaped bracket. Then, install section by section, ensuring the vertical angle of the busbar is maintained. Purchase a copper strip bending machine and use a magnetic line hanging weight. After installing the terminal, add the cover and tighten the bolts. Whether vertically or horizontally installed, ensure the angle is not incorrect. Secure the bolts and cover the ends with the end caps.
