The Myuan-VFS vacuum flushing system consists of a vacuum unit base, an automatic diaphragm unit, a vacuum pressure station system, a control valve set, and an intelligent control cabinet.
The regulating pond equipped with a vacuum flushing system consists of a storage chamber, a rainwater storage area, and a flushing water discharge area. Depending on the pond design, one or more storage chambers can be set up within a single regulating pond, which can be controlled by a single vacuum control system, but they operate independently in groups.
Automatic Diaphragm Valve
Constructed from SUS304, featuring a large EDPM diaphragm valve, vacuum retention device, and vacuum release device, this is the component of the entire vacuum flushing system, connected to the vacuum negative pressure system via vacuum tubes and air supply pipes.

The Myuan-VFS vacuum flushing system, with the assistance of a vacuum system and a group of control valves, can absorb an adequate amount of water and maintain it at a certain height. This generates sufficient potential energy. After the water tank is emptied, the water in the chamber is released, converting its potential energy into kinetic energy, creating a powerful flushing water flow. This flow carries the residual sediments in the tank to the collection pit and discharges them to the wastewater treatment plant.

Vacuum Negative Pressure System
The power unit of the vacuum flushing system consists of a complete set of equipment, including a single-stage scroll vacuum pump, vacuum valves, vacuum gauges, an intelligent control box, vacuum tanks, and corresponding pipeline valves. The system can be started and stopped manually or automatically. Optional working modes include single-pump/dual-pump alternation.
