Vacuum Negative Pressure System
Power unit for vacuum flushing system, a complete set consisting of a single-stage scroll vacuum pump, vacuum valves, vacuum gauges, intelligent control box, vacuum tank, and corresponding pipeline valves. It can be started and stopped manually or automatically. Optional operation in single-pump/dual-pump alternating mode.
The Myuan-VFS vacuum flushing system, with the assistance of a vacuum system and a group of control valves, can absorb an adequate amount of water and maintain it at a certain height. This generates sufficient potential energy. After the water tank is emptied, the water in the chamber is released, converting the potential energy into kinetic energy, creating a powerful flushing water flow. This flow carries the settled particles in the tank to the collection pit and discharges them to the wastewater treatment plant.
Automatic Diaphragm Device
Manufactured from SUS304, it includes a large EDPM diaphragm valve, vacuum retention device, and vacuum breakdown device. It is the component of the entire vacuum flushing system, connected to the vacuum negative pressure system via vacuum tubes and air supply pipes.
