Transparent Nucleating Agent NA-JS03: A third-generation sorbitol-based transparent nucleating agent, primarily used in polypropylene and its products. The product is odorless, environmentally friendly, meets the safety certification requirements for food packaging materials, and is suitable for producing high-transparent household items, daily necessities, industrial goods, stationery, etc.

NA-JS03 Polyolefin Transparent Nucleating Agent: After adding the transparent nucleating agent, the agent melts into polypropylene, forming a fine fiber mesh of transparent crystals as the resin cools, promoting the formation of dense and very small spherulites in polyolefins. Enhances the transparency, rigidity, heat deflection temperature, and surface luster of polyolefins. Using the transparent nucleating agent shortens the molding cycle of products, improves production efficiency, and enhances various product performance aspects.

Usage Suggestions: Transparent nucleating agents can be made into masterbatch or mixed with PP directly for use. The optimal addition amount of transparent nucleating agent NA-JS03 for enhancing transparency is generally 0.2-0.3%.
