Welding manipulator

Welding manipulators, combined with welding roller stands or welding positioners, and auxiliary welding equipment, facilitate automatic longitudinal and circumferential welding of cylindrical, elbow, and pipe flange components. Depending on the workpiece and process requirements, various welding techniques can be selected, including CO2 gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding, TIG welding, plasma welding, and deep penetration welding. Additional options include electrode cored welding and narrow gap welding. Optional accessories include gun oscillation, automatic height adjustment, welding seam tracking system, rotating electrode holder, flux recovery and conveying system, and video monitoring system.

The standard model is a fixed-type model.Additional options available.Optional manual uprightRotaryInstitutions, Pillar ElectricRotaryMachines and electric walking machines to meet diverse welding requirements. For small diameter workpiece internal seam welding needs, a small welding head can be selected. For higher precision welding requirements, a linear guide rail precision welding manipulator can be chosen, with the option to add servo motor drive.
