Product Introduction:
China, as the world's largest exporter of seafood, and a hub for frozen seafood processing, requires more energy-efficient technology updates for its seafood industry.
The frozen materials currently in use on the market are predominantly plastic, stainless steel, and galvanized plate, which have poor conductivity, low efficiency, and high energy consumption. Under low temperatures, the immense pressure formed during the freezing process of aquatic products often causes plastic freezing boxes to burst. Stainless steel freezing boxes are made with 0.8~1.0mm thickness, which are very thin and prone to dents during use, making it difficult to remove ice cubes. They need to be washed in hot water before removal, but during this process, the ice melts, failing to reach the required weight. The operation is cumbersome, inefficient, and increases energy consumption.
The purpose of this invention is to overcome the shortcomings of existing technology and to provide a novel aluminum freezing product. Made from a single aluminum plate by stretching, it consists of a lower container and a lid. It is processed using patented technology. The flat surface of the lid features air holes to increase contact with the outside, allowing for rapid temperature drop. When closure is needed, the lid is used to seal; when not, the lower container can be used independently.
Its advantages include: It is not prone to breakage during use, has minimal internal protrusions, is easy to demold, and saves 20 minutes of freezing time compared to other freezing materials, significantly improving work efficiency and resource utilization. The material of this product is recyclable, meeting the requirements of circular economy, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
Stretchable, hand-frozen box specifications and sizes are customizable to meet customer requirements.
