Scraper machine toothed track, also known as pin track or pin rail, is a critical functional component of the comprehensive scraper conveyor in underground coal mines, mainly used to support and guide the movement of coal-cutting machines. These toothed tracks are located on the side of the middle groove of the scraper machine, providing a stable running track for the coal-cutting machines. The toothed tracks are typically manufactured using forging technology, with materials mostly being 42CrMo, and are heat treated (such as annealing + normalizing + tempering) to enhance their mechanical properties and wear resistance. The specifications of the toothed tracks are diverse, meeting the needs of different models of coal-cutting machines, such as 126*3 toothed track and 115S-01 toothed track, etc. These specifications not only ensure the stable operation of the coal-cutting machines but also improve work efficiency and safety.
