Charcoal machine equipment is used to crush raw materials such as bamboo and wood sawdust, peanut shells, corn stalks, sugarcane bagasse, cotton stalks, corn stalks, rice husks, and miscellaneous tree branches into particles within 10mm through a sawdust crusher. These particles are then dried in a dryer to achieve a moisture content of less than 12%. After being shaped by a rod making machine at high temperature and high pressure (without any additives), they are placed in a carbonization furnace for carbonization, resulting in finished charcoal. The charcoal produced by the tree branch charcoal machine has high density, small volume, and good flammability, which can replace firewood and coal. Mechanized charcoal generally has an outer diameter of 50-60mm, a pore size of 15-20mm, and a hollow square or hexagonal cylindrical shape.
