Drying method: Dehumidification dryer or hot air circulation drying machine, the drying temperature can be adjusted between 65-70 degrees, and the drying time is 4 to 6 hours.
Temperature regulation of material barrel (refer to the table below for the temperature setting of the injection molding machine barrel nozzle. It should be noted that the actual processing temperature should be consistent with the temperature requirements set by the equipment):
*Products made from PETG and PCTG materials with low processing temperature and short residence time in the barrel (within five minutes) under the same conditions have good physical properties;
*During production, the processing is carried out according to the specific temperature of the rubber material. The normal temperature range for PETG is 180-230 degrees, and for PCTG it is 230-270 degrees;
*Mold temperature: The water mold temperature is adjusted between 15-40 ℃. (When the mold temperature rises, the product may experience defects such as warping, deformation, brittleness, yellowing, etc.)
*Screw speed: A lower screw speed can prevent the temperature of the rubber material from being too high. It is recommended to choose 60-90RPM;
*Back pressure: Appropriate back pressure can enhance the plasticization of the rubber material and help with exhaust function. It is recommended to choose 5-10kgf/cm2;
*Cleaning machine: Before using Z-polyester, be sure to use a transparent PC material cleaning machine; After using Z-polyester, materials such as Yajiali and PS can be used for cleaning.
Cooling time: This material has a slow cooling rate and medium viscosity. The appropriate temperature and molding cooling time should be set according to the mold structure and product thickness. The demolding angle of the main gate should be designed at 3-5 °, otherwise the nozzle is prone to sticking to the mold.
