I. Product Features
Advantages of the HX Immersion Gas Water Mixing Heater compared to other heat exchangers:
■ Silent, Vibration-Free: The HX heater features an internal swirl silencing structure, with noise levels below 50dB and no vibration.
High thermal efficiency: Steam is directly introduced into the water, with no heat loss due to condensate.
Investing in savings, the HX heater is much cheaper than a heat exchanger, and it can eliminate the need for a hot water pump when installed at a higher position in the hot water tank.
Reheating: The HX heater allows for repeated heating of the water in the tank without needing to drain the excess water inside.
Easiest installation and maintenance: The HX heater is compact in size, lightweight, and offers easy installation and maintenance.

II. Introduction
The HX Immersion Gas-Water Heater is a new and efficient gas-water heater that directly introduces steam into the water, heating it rapidly and efficiently. Thanks to its innovative soundproof structure, the noise level is reduced to below 50 dB, overcoming the issues of high costs, excessive noise, and instability associated with traditional heating methods. It can also be integrated with temperature and water level controls, forming an automatic hot water preparation system.
The HX noise-suppressing heater is highly suitable for water tank hot water heating and wastewater heating, offering low costs and stable reliability.

Section 4: Structure
The HX Immersion Gas Water Heater has a structure as shown in the figure, utilizing a full stainless steel construction. The core wall features oblique holes in an eccentric, upward sloping arrangement. Steam is ejected from these holes, propelling the water to spiral and rise within the shell. This design significantly enhances the steam-gas mixing effect, while the rotating water flow better absorbs the kinetic energy of the steam, reducing noise. Additionally, the heated water is continuously drawn out from the surface of the shell, driving the water circulation around the heater, thereby heating the water in the storage tank.

V. Technical Specifications

Section 6: Dimensions

Section 7: Design
The HX heater has a specified steam consumption rate. During design, select one or more heaters based on the actual required steam consumption.
Due to the limited capacity of the heater to heat the surrounding water, generally speaking, one heater should be placed every 8 cubic meters to ensure even heating of the water in the tank.

Section 8: Installation and Usage
HX heater features flange connection, easy installation
The heater should be installed in the middle of the water tank. When multiple heaters are used in parallel, they should be evenly arranged.
2. The heater bottom is within 400mm of the water tank bottom.
3. The steam pipes introduced into the water tank should be secured first, and there should be no loosening.
4. Non-return valves must be installed close to the steam piping to prevent water backflow incidents.
5. Filters and relevant valves should also be installed on the steam pipelines.
6. Clean the heater based on water quality conditions.
