I. Main Product Structure and Working Principle

The basket filter is primarily composed of piping, main piping, filter basket, flanges, flange caps, and fasteners. As fluid passes through the main piping into the filter basket, solid impurities are trapped inside, while clean fluid passes through the basket and exits via the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, simply unscrew the plug at the bottom of the main piping, drain the fluid, remove the flange cap, and take out the filter basket. After cleaning, reassemble it and it's ready for use. Thus, maintenance is extremely convenient.

Our pipeline filters are designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with the HG J532-91 "Chemical Industry Pipeline Filter" and SH/T3411-1999 "Selection, Inspection, and Acceptance of Filters for Petroleum Chemical Pumps" standards. The flanges are based on the Ministry of Chemical Industry (HG) and Sinopec (SH) standards. If the customer requires flange standards such as GB, JB, HGJ, ANSI, or JIS, it should be specified in the contract.

(2) The filter mesh material is generally 1Cr18Ni9Ti, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

(3) Customers should clearly specify the filter model, specifications, and the following operating conditions when placing an order:

a. Design or high operating pressure; b. Design or high operating temperature; c. Equipment material or medium name; d. Filtration accuracy

(4) Our sample table lists only threaded connection types for outlets, but can be designed as flanged or socket-weld connection types upon customer request.

(5) In addition to the products listed in this sample, our company can design and manufacture filters that meet special process requirements based on customer needs. For products with specific customer requirements, we will produce strictly according to the customer's specifications.
