I. Product Introduction

This product is suitable for gas pipelines in southern regions with small diameters, less drainage volume, and pressure not exceeding 0.9 MPa, for removing condensate from the gas.

II. Structural Features

The valve at the top of this product is equipped with a blanking plate ⑤. During maintenance, closing valve ② and inserting the blanking plate will completely cut off the gas source, ensuring safety. Product bottom

Valve ④ is located on the side; if valve ⑥ below becomes clogged, opening this valve allows for drainage.

The steps for condensate discharge operation are as follows:

a. Gradually open (or slightly open) valve ①; close ① quickly if condensate is discharged.

b. Close valve ②

c. Open valve ⑥ at the bottom; if blocked, open side valve ④.

Place water in the appropriate location; do not drain all the condensation water to prevent gas overflow.

After securely closing valve ④, then fully open valve ②.

When inspecting the drainage valve, first close valve ②; then open the pipe cap.

③Relieve any remaining gas; insert blind plate ⑤ to drain condensate, then proceed with maintenance.

This product is available in two installation types: suspended (code X) and floor-standing (code L). The suspended type, indicated by the non-dashed line in the top view, shows its installation dimensions. The floor-standing type L, marked by the double-dashed line, has installation holes (3-Φ20) located on the circumference of a Φ314 diameter circle. Please specify the installation type when placing an order; if not specified, the product will be supplied in the suspended configuration.
