■ Principle
A high-speed rotating rotor drives the liquid flow, creating a strong vertical liquid circulation under the action of the conduit cavity. The liquid in the container begins to circulate as a whole, achieving macroscopic mixing. On the other hand, the high-speed rotating rotor can generate the necessary shear turbulence for micro-mixing, and these micro-mixed liquids are dispersed throughout the container as the overall liquid flow circulates. All the liquid in the container is thoroughly dispersed and mixed, which is completely different from the mixing method of traditional agitators.
Micro-mixing can be viewed as the small-batch blending of material with small particle sizes, achieving complete dispersion mixing results.
The macro mixing can be regarded as a thorough and all-inclusive blending of materials within the container, ensuring no dead spots.
