The indentations are interconnected through the mesh patterns to form a continuous exhaust passage. Multiple exhaust holes for removing air between the smooth leather and the indentations are set on the exhaust passage. This invention overcomes the issue of deformation in the grain surface layer of leather on the corners and intersections of three-dimensional molds in current technology. By placing the smooth leather on the molding surface of the mold with indentations, it processes a product with a grain surface layer and uniform leather grain patterns, achieving high product quality.
