Clamping plate for fixture, used to securely connect and test the transition board with components during the production of LCD modules. Components include LED arrays, light guide plates mating with the LED arrays, where the mating surface of the LED array serves as the light-emitting surface. The components have a PCB terminal board for connection to the transition board. The transition board fixture includes a carrier plate, a slider track at one end of the carrier plate, a transition board sliding along the track, a removable cover that can rotate and is mounted on one side of the carrier plate, and grooves are cut on the carrier plate. During testing, the components are fixedly placed on the tray, and both the components and the tray are inserted into the grooves. The cover is positioned on one side of the LED array and securely closes and fixes the components and the tray, with the edge of the cover either aligned with or close to the light-emitting surface near the LED array. This novel fixture is easy to use, has good strength, and prevents direct contact with the components, thereby avoiding contamination.
The component features a PCB terminal board connected to the adapter board, which includes a mounting plate, a slider track at one end of the mounting plate, an adapter board sliding along the track, a rotatable cover mounted on one side of the mounting plate, and slots cut into the mounting plate. During testing, the component is fixedly placed on a tray, and both the component and tray are inserted into the slots. The cover is positioned on one side of the LED assembly and securely covers and fastens the component and tray, with the edge of the cover either adjacent to the LED assembly on the side of the luminous surface or flush with the surface.
