1. The airtightness testing process of phone backs: 1. Different models of phone backs require different testing methods. Innotech has customized special molds based on the shape characteristics of phone backs, where the phone back is placed into the mold. Since the phone back has a camera port on the surface, it only needs to be placed upwards into the mold, and the top mold will hold the vent open. During testing, the instrument fills the phone back with gas through the top mold; 2. During airtightness testing with the airtightness tester, at Photovoltaic Airtightness Company, just place the phone back in the mold, set the program, and at Wuxi Photovoltaic Airtightness, the top mold's exhaust port closes. When the instrument starts, it automatically inflates the exhaust port inside the phone back above. At the same time, the instrument's air pressure gradually increases. When the air pressure reaches the set value, the high-voltage protection device remains in a constant state. At this point, the inductive line tube determines the flow rate to check if the air flow inside the device meets the standard.

How to test the vacuum integrity of small refrigeration storage equipment?
(1) Unscrew the fine-threaded plug of the suction cutoff valve passage counterclockwise, then rotate the suction cutoff valve stem clockwise a few turns, a photovoltaic airtightness manufacturer, to put the suction cutoff valve in the tee position.
(2) Connect the vacuum pump to the multi-purpose interface on the suction stop valve using a flexible hose with a three-way repair valve and a vacuum pressure gauge.
(3) Open all valves within the system (including solenoid valves and manual valves, etc.).
(4) Connect the vacuum pump power supply, perform an airtightness test on the photovoltaic cabinet, evacuate the system until the vacuum pressure gauge reads -0.1 MPa. After an appropriate time, rotate the suction cutoff valve rod counterclockwise to withdraw and tighten it.
(5) Maintain for 18-24 hours; if the vacuum level remains unchanged, the refrigeration system vacuum test is considered passed.

1. Principle of Pressure Difference Leak Detection: Pressure difference leak detection is a method that uses the gas flow formula to calculate the amount of leakage by measuring the change in pressure inside a container. An airtight container will inevitably experience a loss of gas mass due to leakage, causing the original pressure inside the container to decrease. Therefore, the actual amount of gas leaked from the container can be calculated by measuring the decrease in the internal pressure of the container. The working cycle of pressure difference leak detection includes four processes: inflation, balance, detection, and exhaust processes. (1) Inflation Process: Adjust the system pressure to the test pressure, open the inflation valve and the leak detection valve, and fill the standard container and the workpiece under test with compressed air at the test pressure. Due to the influence of gas flow, the internal pressure and temperature of the system will fluctuate. Continuous inflation is required until the standard container and the workpiece under test are fully inflated.
