3 Chinese label registration
After arrival at the port of destination, complete the Chinese label registration.
Time: 3-5 business days

Customs Declaration and Inspection
Upon arrival at the port of destination, prepare the necessary documents for transshipment, customs clearance, and inspection.
Time: 1-2 business days

Tax and Audit Clearance
After customs declaration, tax invoice issued, tax payment and verification, customs inspection, and customs clearance.
Time: 3-5 business days

6 Regulatory Warehouse Labeling & Sampling Inspection
After customs clearance, transfer to bonded warehouse, affix Chinese labels, inspect by the China Inspection and Quarantine, and conduct sample testing.
Time: 15-20 working days

7 Inspection Clearance & Delivery
Inspection sampling completed, once labeling is done and the release notice from the inspection authority arrives, we can arrange for delivery.
Time: Delivery within 1-2 days

8 Issuance of Entry Goods Inspection and Quarantine Certificate
Upon passing the inspection and quality control, collect the import goods inspection and quarantine certificate.
Time: Approximately 25 working days after sampling; expedited service available for special circumstances.
