Technical Standards:

Based on the Ministry of Railways' Document No. 245, TJ/DW163-2014 issued in 2014 titled "Temporary Technical Conditions for Composite Material (SMC) Cable Channels," the design and production process meet the requirements of high-speed and railway standards. It has passed the CRCC certification by the China Railway Certification Center, as well as the ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.

Production Process:

Utilizing a modular assembly method, SMC sheet materials are placed in molds and formed into a single piece through high-temperature and high-pressure molding. The product features a smooth surface, high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-aging properties, and excellent impact resistance, as well as superior electrical performance.
