Low equipment resistance and overall low energy consumption. The resistance of an electrostatic precipitator is typically around 200~300Pa, about 1/5 that of a bag precipitator. Due to the lower overall energy consumption and infrequent replacement of consumables, the operating costs are much lower than those of bag precipitators.
Application Range: Electrostatic precipitators can capture particles smaller than 0.1um, and high-temperature flue gases at 300~400 degrees Celsius; wet electrostatic precipitators not only remove dust but also eliminate water mist and acid mist from the flue gas.
