1. Wind Resistance: Container houses are lightweight, high-strength, with good overall rigidity and excellent deformation resistance. The weight of the building is only one-fifth of brick-and-concrete structures, capable of withstanding hurricanes with wind speeds of 70 meters per second, effectively protecting lives and property.
2. Durable: The container house structure is entirely made of cold-formed thin-walled steel components. The steel frames are constructed with corrosion-resistant high-strength cold-rolled galvanized sheets, effectively preventing rust during construction and use, and also increasing the weight of the light steel components. The service life, including the structural lifespan, can reach 50 years.
3. Insulation: The main insulation material used is formaldehyde-based, offering excellent thermal insulation properties. The external walls are lined with insulation boards to effectively prevent "cold bridge" phenomena, achieving good insulation results.

4. Soundproofing: Soundproofing performance is a crucial indicator for residential evaluation. The installed aldehyde core composite wall panels offer excellent soundproofing, achieving over 40 decibels.
5. Health: Dry construction method reduces environmental pollution from waste, with the building's steel structure materials fully recyclable, and most of the other accessories also recyclable, aligning with current environmental awareness; all materials are construction-grade, meeting ecological environmental requirements.
