Rockwool boards, also known as thermal insulation and decorative rockwool boards, are inorganic fiber boards made by melting and processing basalt at high temperatures. They are a new type of thermal insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing material.

Fire-resistant
Exterior rock wool board raw materials are made from natural volcanic rock, and are non-combustible building materials used for fire prevention.
Primary fire-resistant features:
Boasts a high fire rating of A1, effectively preventing the spread of fire.
The dimensions are extremely stable; they will not expand, contract, or deform in a fire.
Withstanding high temperatures; melting point above 1000°C.
No smoke or burning droplets/particles produced in fire.
No harmful environmental substances or gases are released in case of fire.
Insulation and heat retention
Exterior rock wool board features fine, long, and flexible fibers with low slag content. Consequently, it has a low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation properties.
3. Noise Reduction and Sound Absorption
Rock wool is an ideal soundproofing material, with its large number of slender fibers forming a porous interconnected structure, which determines that Sikada rock wool is an excellent sound absorption and noise reduction material.
Water-repellent: The water-repellent rock wool products have a high water-repellent rate; low water absorption, and no capillary penetration.
Moisture Resistance: Rock wool has a moisture absorption rate of less than 0.2% by volume and less than 0.3% by weight when tested according to ASTM C1104 or ASTM 1104M methods, in environments with high relative humidity.
4. Non-corrosive
Rock wool has stable chemical properties with a pH value of 7-8, neutral to slightly alkaline, and does not corrode carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal materials.
5. Safety & Environmental Protection
Rock wool is tested to be free of asbestos and environmentally harmful substances such as CFCs, HFCs, and HCFCs. It is not corroded or prone to mold and bacterial growth.

Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on road transportation. Freight charges are collect or pick-up at your convenience. Please inform us in advance if you require us to handle the arrangements.
2. Pick-up requires valid identification from the recipient. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, verifying the quantity and quality of the items. In case of any product issues, please contact us promptly. We add insurance for菠萝格 shipments. Upon the logistics company returning the goods, we will reship them.
3. Once received, any claims for discrepancies in quantity or damage due to human error will not be entertained without providing damaged pictures within 48 hours of receipt. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly request customers to carefully inspect the goods, as they are large items.
4. Freight to collect, logistics delivery only to the local collection point. The additional shipping cost from the collection point to your doorstep should be negotiated directly with the logistics company. Please note that the logistics company is not responsible for handling, and you may discuss handling arrangements with them further. If someone like a friend, family member, security guard, or mailroom staff signs for the goods on your behalf, it is considered that you have accepted the received items and verified them to be correct.
