Rockwool boards, also known as thermal insulation and decorative rockwool boards, are inorganic fiber boards made by melting and processing basalt at high temperatures. They are a new type of thermal insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing material.

Application
Wall insulation, roof insulation, door insulation, and floor insulation, with wall insulation being the primary focus.
Fireproof
Exterior rock wool board raw materials are made from natural volcanic rock, and are non-combustible building materials and fire-resistant materials.
Primary fire-resistant features:
Features a high fire rating of A1, effectively preventing the spread of fire.
Size is extremely stable; it will not elongate, contract, or deform in a fire.
Withstanding high temperatures; melting point above 1000°C.
No smoke or burning droplets/particles produced in fire.
No harmful environmental substances or gases are released in case of a fire.
Insulation and heat retention
The fiber of the external wall mineral wool board is fine, long, and flexible with a low slag content. Therefore, it has a low thermal conductivity and provides insulation effects.
3. Noise-absorbing and sound-reduction
Rock wool is an ideal sound insulation material; its abundance of fine, long fibers form a porous interconnected structure, determining that Sikada rock wool is an excellent sound absorption and noise reduction material.
Water-repellent: The water-repellent rock wool products have a high water-repellent rate and low water absorption, with no capillary penetration.
Moisture Resistance: Rock wool has a moisture absorption rate of less than 0.2% by volume and less than 0.3% by weight when tested according to ASTM C1104 or ASTM 1104M methods, in environments with high relative humidity.
4. Non-corrosive
Rock wool has stable chemical properties with a pH value of 7-8, being neutral or slightly alkaline. It is non-corrosive to metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
5. Safety & Environmental Protection
Rock wool is tested to be free of asbestos and harmful environmental substances such as CFCs, HFCs, and HCFCs. It is not corroded or prone to mold or bacterial growth.

Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on truck transportation. Shipping costs are collect or pick-up at your own convenience. Please inform us in advance if you require us to handle the arrangements.
2. Pick-up requires valid identification for the recipient. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, checking the quantity and quality of the items. In case of any product issues, please contact us promptly. We add insurance for菠萝格 transportation. We will reship the goods upon return from the logistics company.
3. Once received, any claims for discrepancies in quantity or human damage without providing damaged photos within 48 hours will not be entertained. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding. Please note that as these are large items, careful inspection upon receipt is also appreciated.
4. Freight to collect; logistics delivery is only to the local collection point. The additional shipping fee from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Please note that the logistics company is not responsible for handling. You may negotiate handling issues with the logistics company more. If someone like a friend, family member, doorman, or mailroom staff signs for the goods on your behalf, it is considered that you have accepted the received goods and verified them to be correct.
