Expanded polystyrene boards are materials continuously extruded and foamed into shape with special technology. The surface forms a hard film that is even and smooth, with a continuous and uniform closed-cell foamed structure in the interior, resembling a honeycomb. Thus, they possess high compressive strength, lightweight, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, breathable, wear-resistant, and non-degradable properties.

II. Key Features
Compared to EPS polystyrene foam board, it offers significantly improved properties such as strength, insulation, and resistance to moisture vapor permeation. It maintains its insulation and compressive strength even when submerged, making it particularly suitable for building insulation, thermal preservation, and moisture-proofing treatments. It is one of the cost-effective construction materials favored in today's construction industry.
Insulation performance
Thermal conductivity of ≤0.028 W/m·K, significantly lower than other insulating materials (materials with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.25 W/m·K are typically considered insulating materials in engineering), thus exhibiting high thermal resistance and low linear expansion rates. Widely used in roof insulation systems, cold storage facilities, and thermal insulation for both interior and exterior walls.
(2) Absorbency
As a comprehensive thermal insulation material, water absorption rate is a critical technical indicator. High water absorption can lead to reduced insulation performance. Extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards have a complete closed-cell structure with no gaps on either side of the board, preventing moisture from seeping in due to leaks, condensation, and freezing/thawing cycles. This effectively blocks the entry of water molecules, thus preventing the boards from aging. Over time, the insulation layer may lose its effectiveness, necessitating repairs to the thermal structure. The closed-cell structure of XPS boards effectively prevents the penetration of water molecules (including water vapor), even if mechanically damaged during installation. The tight honeycomb structure of XPS boards maintains low water absorption properties. Due to the effective prevention of water molecule penetration and lack of hydrophilicity, aging is almost impossible, making them nearly as long-lasting as the building itself.
(3) Insulation performance
Low thermal conductivity is a necessary condition for all insulation materials. XPS boards are made from polystyrene (PS), which is well-known as an insulation material. Moreover, the extrusion process creates a tightly closed-cell honeycomb structure that effectively prevents heat conduction.
(4) Compression Resistance
XPS extruded board is a lightweight, high-strength material with a compressive strength of over 350 KPa, even when the density does not exceed 40 kg per cubic meter. Its use in buildings offers excellent impact resistance. The compressive properties of XPS are almost unchanged even when soaked in water, a feature not found in other insulating materials.

Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on auto transportation. Freight for products is collect or self-pickup. If you require us to handle it, please inform us in advance.
2. Pick-up is only allowed with the recipient's valid ID. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Please inspect the product quantity and quality at the time of pick-up. If any issues with the product are found, please contact us promptly. Insurance is included for菠萝格 shipments. We will reship the goods after the logistics company returns them.
3. Once received, any claims for discrepancies in quantity or damage due to human error will not be entertained without providing broken item photos within 48 hours of receipt. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly request customers to carefully inspect the goods, as they are large items.
4. Freight to collect; logistics delivery only to the local collection point. Additional shipping costs from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Please note that logistics does not handle moving; you may discuss moving arrangements with the logistics company. If someone like a friend, family member, doorman, or receptionist signs for the goods, it is considered that you have accepted the received items and verified their correctness.
