As a result, they possess high compressive strength, lightweight, non-absorbent, non-permeable, wear-resistant, and non-degradable properties.

II. Main Features
Compared to EPS polystyrene foam boards, it offers significantly improved strength, thermal insulation, and moisture vapor resistance. It can maintain its thermal insulation and compressive strength even when immersed in water, making it particularly suitable for building insulation, thermal preservation, and moisture-proofing treatments. It is one of the cost-effective construction materials in today's construction industry.
Insulation performance
Thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.028 W/mK, significantly lower than that of other insulation materials (materials with a thermal conductivity less than 0.25 W/mK are typically used as insulation materials in engineering). As a result, it boasts high thermal resistance and low linear expansion rate. It is widely used in roof insulation and heat preservation systems, cold storage, and insulation of interior and exterior walls.
(2) Absorbency
As a comprehensive thermal insulation material, water absorption rate is a crucial technical indicator. High water absorption can lead to reduced insulation performance. Extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards feature a complete closed-cell structure with no gaps on either side of the board, preventing moisture from seeping in due to leaks, condensation, or freezing/thawing cycles. This effectively blocks the entry of water molecules, thus preventing the boards from aging. Over time, the insulation layer will lose its effectiveness, necessitating repairs to the thermal structure layer. The closed-cell structure of XPS boards effectively prevents water molecules (including water vapor) from permeating, even in the event of mechanical damage during installation. Due to their tight, honeycomb-like structure, XPS boards maintain low water absorption properties. With the effective prevention of water molecule penetration and non-hydrophilic nature, aging is almost impossible, making them nearly as durable as the building itself.
Insulation performance
Low thermal conductivity is a necessary condition for all insulating materials. XPS boards are made from polystyrene (PS), which is widely recognized as an insulating material. Moreover, the extrusion process results in a tightly sealed honeycomb structure that effectively inhibits heat conduction.
(4) Compressive Strength
XPS extruded board is a lightweight, high-strength panel with a compressive strength exceeding 350KPa even when the density does not exceed 40kg per cubic meter. Its use in buildings provides excellent impact resistance. The compressive properties of XPS extruded board remain almost unchanged even when soaked in water, a feature not found in other insulation materials.

Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on auto transportation. Freight for products is collect or self-pickup. If you require us to handle the arrangements, please inform us in advance.
2. Pick-up requires valid identification for the recipient. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Please inspect the goods and quantity upon pick-up, and check the quality. If there are any product issues, please contact us promptly. We provide insurance for菠萝格 transport. Upon the logistics company returning the goods, we will reship them.
3. Once received, any claims for discrepancies in quantity or human damage without providing damaged images within 48 hours will not be entertained. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly request your understanding. Please note that the products are large items and ensure careful inspection upon receipt.
4. Freight to collect; logistics delivery is only to the local collection point. The additional shipping fee from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Note that logistics does not handle handling; you may negotiate handling issues with the logistics company more. If someone like a friend, family member, doorman, or receptionist signs for the package on your behalf, it is considered that you have accepted the received goods and verified them to be correct.
