Goods Handover

1. Our logistics primarily rely on auto transportation. Freight for products is collectable or self-pickup. If you require us to handle the arrangements, please inform us in advance.

2. Pick-up requires valid identification from the recipient. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, verifying the quantity and quality of the items. In case of any product issues, please contact us promptly. We add insurance for菠萝格 shipments. Upon the logistics company returning the goods, we will reship them.

3. Once received, any claims for quantity discrepancies or damage caused by human factors without providing broken pictures within 48 hours will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly request customers' understanding, as the product is a bulk item. Please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt.

4. Freight to collect; logistics delivery is only to the local collection point. The additional shipping fee from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Please note that logistics does not handle handling; you may negotiate handling issues with the logistics company more. If the goods are signed for by friends, family, guards, or the reception, it is considered that you have accepted the received goods and verified them to be correct.
