 This machine is an environmentally friendly self-priming conveying equipment suitable for the handling of powdery materials such as fly ash, cement powder, stone powder, activated carbon powder, etc., in processes like unloading and transfer.

 The machine is available in models with impeller diameters of 100mm, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, and so on.

The machine is further categorized into a suction and delivery model (Figure 1) and a suction-only model.

The vacuum and blow unit typically consists of a fan, an active drive, and a pulsating tank, all commonly mounted together on a (movable) base.

Non-atomizing type, the fan and the main power are both mounted on the base, while the pulse tank is placed separately (can be paired with a gantry).

Widely used in industries such as chemicals, building materials, metallurgy, and grain, for conveying powdery, granular, and small solid materials with low viscosity and non-fermenting properties, such as fly ash, cement, and grain, with material temperatures below 200°C. Can be easily combined for single-direction conveying, suction, or a combination of both.
