With a production capacity of 500-800kg/h, this unit is classified as an 800-type Dry-type Copper Wire Granulator. Operating Principle:
The working principle of the mixed wire copper rice machine is to process various types of waste cables and wires by crushing and grinding. The plastic sheath and copper rice are separated, with the copper particles in a separated state. The chopped copper rice and plastic are then separated through density sorting. Subsequently, wind sorting is employed to completely separate the plastic sheath from the copper rice. Unpurified mixed materials are further separated into copper and plastic wire sheathes using an electrostatic sorting device.
