Water Hat Features
The drain cap boasts high mechanical strength, a larger area than the gap, and excellent stability in pure water.
Water Hat Usage
Various sizes of filter caps are suitable for various compatible ion exchange columns and can be used in the drainage systems of rapid sand filters. The filter head is part of the water distribution system at the bottom of the filter basin, serving as an air-water backflushing device to effectively flush out sludge and debris from the filter basin, ensuring normal operation of water quality and flow. Filter head types include (long and short handles) mushroom, plum blossom, tower, and cylindrical shapes, all made of ABS engineering plastic. They feature reasonable structure, strong connections, high pressure-bearing strength, and non-deforming gaps, allowing for no dead water corner areas between filter plates, no sediment accumulation, and excellent performance; drainage capacities range from 0.25 tons to 1 ton per hour. Long-handle filter heads are commonly used in the air-water backflushing water distribution system of filter basins; short-handle filter heads are applied in single water backflushing and gravity, pressure filter tanks, and ion exchange filter beds, among other water treatment equipment. Filter caps are used for urban drinking water, advanced purification of industrial water, and as high-purity water and mineral water production materials. Filter caps effectively remove COD, colorants, and harmful odor substances from water.
Water Hat Material
The material of water hats is divided into ABS and PP. They can also be categorized as stainless steel water hats and outlet water hats.
Water Hat Style
Tapered water hat, stacked water hat, internal thread water hat
